Task

McKinley Media is the social media and paid search engine marketing consultant for the Maryland State Department of Education. Mckinley Media provides analysis and recommendations for social media profiles, paid/organic to support the teacher recruitment campaign. According to state bill 1415 the Maryland Department of Education is to establish a digital recruitment campaign to attract teachers and encourage people to pursue a Maryland professional teacher’s certificate.

Results

We helped create a digital teacher recruitment strategy that identifies and targets the best teachers. We built a super-targeted strategy based on the personal and professional information of our target demographics. The recruitment strategy includes: social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and paid ads on Google.
